Job summary

Saxton Recruitment LTD is partnering with a major North American contractor to appoint Quantity Surveyors for design and build projects across Toronto. This is a senior opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to advance their career overseas on large-scale assignments (£25m+).

Relocation to Canada is supported with visa/work permits and a tax-free relocation package, and you will manage contractual obligations, risk, and change management across projects valued up to £500m.

Qualifications

• Experience working on large scale projects valued at £25m+.
• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS.
• Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Review Prime Contract to determine obligations, liabilities and highlight risk
• Develop risk register & key contractual obligations from Contract review
• Maintain excellent relationships clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Develop and implement Change Management procedures
• Analyse bids from subcontractors and suppliers
