Job summary

The ideal candidate has strong subcontracting background in SFS or drylining and will lead commercial activities across refurbishment projects for hospitals, schools and commercial buildings.

The successful candidate will manage procurement, subcontractor packages and final accounts with a focus on cost control, risk management and collaborative stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in subcontracting.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Experience managing subcontractor packages and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from procurement through to final account.
• Oversee subcontractor packages and monitor commercial performance.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, partners and internal teams.
