We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for the Wales & Western Stations and Buildings Work Contract for Control Period 7 (CP7), covering 2024 to 2029.
These roles involve the commercial management of a portfolio of projects with an estimated annual value of £10 million. This framework includes maintenance and renewals of canopies, buildings, depots, platform structures, car parks, and subways.

The roles will involve travel to our sites in the South West or in our offices in Swindon or Bristol on average 2 days/week.
