Qualifikationen

• Experience or academic background in quantity surveying, cost management or related discipline.
• Experience within transportation, infrastructure or the wider built environment is welcomed.
• Understanding of cost planning, estimating, forecasting, commercial management or project controls.
• Experience with NEC contracts or other commonly used construction contracts is beneficial.
• Ability to analyse information and contribute practical commercial insight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional accreditation, chartership or progress towards professional recognition is welcomed but not essential for all career levels.
• An interest in contributing to complex infrastructure that creates long-term value for clients and communities.
• BPSS clearance may be required due to project needs.

Role Accountabilities

• Provide quantity surveying, cost management and commercial support across major Transportation Infrastructure projects.
