Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Cost Manager - Water/Utilities

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our infrastructure cost management team, supporting our growth and making a difference in UK infrastructure. The role is based in the Peterborough area, focusing on water/utilities projects.

Job Objectives:

1. Establish professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
2. Administer contracts aligned with project objectives and policies.
3. Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
4. Monitor and manage cost variance and cash flow, ensuring timely applications.
5. Collaborate with teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives.
6. Manage contract changes effectively, maintaining governance and best practices.
7. Improve forecast and budget accuracy.
8. Provide commercial support and knowledge to stakeholders.
9. Negotiate and agree final accounts.
10. Lead people and project commissions as needed.
