Job summary

Fawkes & Reece South is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major NEC contract project exceeding £80m. The role involves commercial administration within a framework team, with a mix of home working and site visits where required.

You will forecast, manage variations, prepare reports, and handle cost reconciliations. A degree in Quantity Surveying and civil/infrastructure experience are essential, plus UK work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a Quantity Surveying subject or equivalent.
• Experience working on civil engineering or infrastructure related projects.
• Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Accurate monthly forecasting and agreeing on variations.
• Producing and sending subcontractors enquiries.
• Producing monthly reports and cost value reconciliations.
• Managing change and producing compensation events.
• Preparing and submitting final accounts.
