ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to ongoing growth and a busy pipeline of work, my client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a team and deliver multiple projects. The team size will vary depending on the project, from 1 Assistant to a team of 6 Quantity Surveyors. You will manage client relationships and oversee all sub-contractors. Responsibilities include managing CVRs and payment chasing. You will work on ICC D&B contracts (experience not required), on signalling and power projects, with project values ranging from £200K to £20M.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Rail or Civil Engineering contracting, with good employment stability (around 3 years per company). Experience with Main Contractors is desirable. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is required.
