Key skills include cost & change control, contract & subcontract administration, and project reporting. Managing clients and subcontractors simultaneously is essential. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will handle financial and contractual matters related to our client project. Responsibilities include contract administration post-award, delivering commercial and contractual outputs, implementing project plans, cost analysis, cashflow forecasting, subcontracting strategy, internal reviews, and project forecasting. You will manage projects from construction start-up, monitor execution, identify entitlement, and manage budgets.
