Wood is seeking an established Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to support our growing workload within the Commercial area of our Wood Transmission & Distribution Ltd entity. As a leading provider of engineering and construction services to the UK transmission and distribution sector, we are at the forefront of net zero 2050 with a secured workstream for years to come.

The role can be site-based, hybrid, or remote with travel considerations. The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will handle financial and contractual matters related to our client project. Responsibilities include contract administration post-award, delivering commercial and contractual outputs, implementing project plans, cost analysis, cashflow forecasting, subcontracting strategy, internal reviews, and project forecasting. You will manage projects from construction start-up, monitor execution, identify entitlement, and manage budgets.
