Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our client in their offices in Dorking. They have recently won some new projects and as a result are looking to expand their commercial team to increase their coverage.

They are a large developer with numerous sites around the South East and specialise in traditional build houses ranging from 2-5 bedroom houses with high-end finishes. The current projects are in Stevenage and Northampton and you will be required to visit them every fortnight or as is required for site.

You should have experience of running commercial activities on large residential sites, as they are ranging from 200-700 units in size, and dealing with all procurement and approving all valuations.
