Job summary

Bimplus, a leading construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Gloucester office. You will lead cost consultancy across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial projects.

You will deliver pre and post-contract QS services, mentor junior surveyors and contribute to business development with private sector clients. MRICS would be advantageous and full UK driving licence is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS chartered status is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services for private sector clients.
• Prepare feasibility estimates, cost plans and development appraisals.
• Advise on land acquisition, viability and budget setting.
• Prepare procurement strategies and manage tender processes.
• Administer JCT contracts and produce interim valuations and cashflows.
• Mentor junior surveyors and build client relationships.
