Job summary

PPM Recruitment is assisting a well-established contractor in Reading to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will manage commercial and contractual activities across multiple projects and report to senior commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience as QS or Senior QS in construction.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects from tender to final account.
• Prepare cost plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Review tenders and procure subcontractors.
• Administer contracts, valuations and payments.
• Monitor costs, cash flow and margins.
• Lead final accounts and maximise commercial performance.
