Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a QS or Senior QS.
• Construction industry experience in a commercial role.
• Strong experience of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
• Good communication skills with the ability to influence.
• An understanding of fabrication processes is desirable.
• Experience of managing and delivering variations whilst retaining repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the successful commercial outcome of this key nuclear industry project.
• Commercial responsibility for the contract management and delivery.
• Managing variations and changes with customers.
• Working as part of an experienced commercial team.
