SmartRecruiters, Inc. is assisting a leading offsite modular build company in Newark and Sherwood to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar commercial role with a background in modular build; main contractor experience and a degree in Quantity Surveying are expected; RICS membership preferred but not essential.

Remuneration is negotiable with benefits discussed at interview.
