Your Role & Impact:

• Cost Management - From feasibility to final accounts
• Procurement & Contract Strategy - Expert advice on JCT & NEC contracts
• Client Relationship Management - Work with a range of stakeholders
• Mentoring & Leadership - Support the growth of junior team members
• Compliance & Best Practice - Ensure project success and industry standards

What We're Looking For:

• 3-4 years+ PQE in Quantity Surveying, ideally in a consultancy setting
• MRICS qualified (or actively working towards it)
• Strong experience with JCT & NEC contracts
• Working knowledge of BCIS is desirable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
