Job summary

Prosper Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to join a growing cost consultancy team operating from Central London. You will deliver new-build and refurbishment projects, primarily in London and the surrounding areas, across Commercial, Residential and Industrial sectors.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office per week), a highly competitive basic salary, and a discretionary bonus. MRICS is desirable, with flexibility and progression opportunities within a 30+ strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with a UK based property/construction consultancy (essential).
• MRICS chartered (desirable).
• JCT Contract Administration.
• Experience in one of their listed sectors (highly favourable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of new-build and refurbishment schemes.
• Work on projects primarily in London and surrounding areas.
• Contribute to client management and project surveying duties within a 25-person team.

Are you a motivated Senior Project Surveyor looking for a unique opportunity to join a personable Cost Consultancy with an international perspective and expertise?

The Client:

With over three decades of experience, this client has evolved from a three-partner foundation into a well-established practice. The firm is now led by a new generation of leadership, including five Equity Partners and five Directors. Operating from two offices in the UK and maintaining a presence in the United States, they have successfully completed over 650 projects, managing a total capital spend exceeding £5 billion. Their project portfolio is diversified, with a breakdown of 40% commercial, 30% industrial, and 30% across residential, leisure, and education sectors. Last year, the firm achieved a turnover of £5 million, a milestone accomplished entirely through organic growth.

The Role:

They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Surveyor to join their expanding team in Central London. In this role, you will play a key part in a dynamic team of 25, delivering a range of new-build and refurbishment schemes. Your work will focus on projects primarily in London and the surrounding areas, with project values ranging from £250K - £100M.

However, they have also delivered international projects in Poland, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Germany! The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, and Industrial, in addition to other areas within the built environment.

Requirements for the Senior Project Surveyor:

• 5+ years' experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (essential)
