3D Personnel is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor – CSA for a landmark technology project in Blyth. You will drive financial and contractual performance across the MEP packages, underpinning quality and delivery.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will develop cost management plans, lead procurement of MEP packages, and produce detailed forecasts to support key decisions. Join a dynamic team with access to leading cost management tools and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years' QS experience with a strong focus on CSA.
• Proficiency in cost management software such as CostX or similar.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement strategy, and cost planning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive cost management plans for the MEP packages to ensure delivery on budget and on programme
