Freedom’s Major Projects & Connections team is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage contractual and financial elements of a major project near Bridgewater, with future opportunities on other projects. You will report to the Senior Commercial Manager and help drive P&L, cash flow and working capital across large electrical and civil works.

The role requires NEC3/4 contract knowledge, strong leadership within the commercial team, and a track record in successful project delivery.

Competenze

• Senior Quantity Surveyor experience in major projects.
• Strong commercial performance management ability.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts and practical application.

Mansioni

• Manage contractual and financial elements of major projects.
• Lead within the commercial team and project teams.
• Measure and value works for applications, variations and final accounts.
• Identify Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage CVRs.
• Chair monthly project reviews and client meetings.
• Manage invoicing, debt recovery and disputes.
• Support development of the wider commercial team.
