Job summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the Puma project based at Saltend near Hull. The role focuses on managing commercial activities, with responsibilities spanning cost control, reporting, and client liaison.

Applicants should have NEC4 Option B contract experience, NAECI knowledge, and a solid understanding of the Standard Method of Measurement. Proficiency with BOQ processes and change management is valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NAECI Agreement and NEC4 contracts is essential.
• Experience on major construction projects is required.
• Standard Method of Measurement knowledge is required.
• Basic knowledge of P6 programmes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns.
• Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts.
• Provision of information for Monthly Reports.
• Review of EW notifications & BUK responses.
• Liaising with Client on compensation events and queries.
• Cost Analysis via SAP & Power BI.
• Assisting CM on Project Board Reports.
