A Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity has arisen with an independent construction consultancy in London, who have an impressive client base in the luxury retail and high-end residential sectors.

Candidates will ideally have a track record working on projects within similar sectors. In terms of career, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has a clear succession plan and progression path up to Director level.

As a Senior QS, you will be joining a cost management team of 5 surveyors, given responsibility for key clients and projects across all RIBA project stages from inception to completion. Current projects include multiple retail schemes including on New Bond Street in Mayfair, and luxury residential jobs for HNWI clients.

Candidates should have experience in Contract Administration, have worked in client-facing cost management roles and be comfortable with leading projects.

Ideally, you will be MRICS or MCIOB qualified and have a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar. Candidates will need to have previous experience either working for a cost consultancy business across all project stages.

On offer is a salary of up to £70,000 plus benefits. The company is based in central London close to Moorgate, Old Street & Liverpool Street stations. They have a flexible working policy with 3-4 days a week in the office.
