Job summary

RSK Group seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Manchester team on a full-time basis. You will lead project management, employer’s agent, and quantity surveying duties across multiple sectors, guiding clients from briefs to completion.

The role requires MRICS membership, strong communication, and commercial acumen. You’ll develop client relationships, supervise colleagues, and contribute to CPD and regulatory compliance within a dynamic practice.

Qualifications

• A relevant RICS accredited university degree.
• Membership of RICS (MRICS).
• Experience advising on a range of building-related matters.
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver commercially aware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project management, employer’s agent, and quantity surveying services from client briefs to completion.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure information is available for project execution.
• Develop workload, maintain client relationships and win new business.
• Advise, manage and guide colleagues to achieve targets.
• Maintain CPD and stay updated on legislation affecting quantity surveying.
• Record CPD in line with RICS requirements.
• Attend meetings with other company functions to aid business development.
• Prepare and submit administration such as timesheets and expenses.
