Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading North West principal contractor. The role oversees high-value projects across residential, education, healthcare, and commercial sectors within a turnover of c.

£250m for the North West region, with sites ranging from £5m+ to £80m+. The successful candidate will benefit from a base salary of £70,000–£80,000 (dependent on experience), car allowance, excellent pension contributions, private healthcare, and 26 days

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a principal build contractor Quantity Surveying on similar value projects.
• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Confident and commercially astute with good communication skills to negotiate and manage subcontractors.
