Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our North West regional team on high value residential, student accommodation, education, healthcare and commercial projects.

You will drive cost control, contract administration and value engineering for schemes from £5m up to £80m, with a base salary of £70,000–£80,000, car allowance, pension and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a principal build contractor Quantity Surveyor on similar value projects.
• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Able to prioritise, manage risk and value engineer.
