Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor based at Maple Lodge to strengthen our Commercial team. You will report to the Commercial Manager and take responsibility for the commercial management of projects.

Key duties include managing cost, liaising with design, construction and supply chain teams, administering the main contract, and preparing subcontract documentation. You will also support junior staff and drive continuous improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects and work packages.
• Ability to liaise with design, construction and supply chain teams.
• Experience with cost capture, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Quantity surveying duties to manage projects and work packages.
• Liaise with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control cost.
• Collaborate with client to meet business requirements.
• Manage main contract, issue contractual notices and correspondence as needed.
• Prepare and issue subcontract documentation.
• Assist in management and performance of subcontractors.
• Prepare and agree applications for payment.
• Prepare project cost and value reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Support development of junior commercial staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional image of MWH Treatment.
