You will prepare budgets, monitor cost control, evaluate tenders, and collaborate with project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Proven track record in managing project finances and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets.
• Conduct cost analysis and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders, bills of quantities, and contracts.
• Source and procure materials and subcontractors.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts.
• Manage and track project expenditures and cost reporting.
• Administer contract terms and resolve issues.
• Manage variations and changes to the project scope.
