Job summary

Sccsinternational, a worldwide consultancy, seeks a senior commercial professional for its Chorley office to lead commercial management and NEC contract services on major UK infrastructure programmes.

The role covers pre and post‑contract support, cost estimates, budgets, financial reporting, and performance forecasting, working with client project teams on a hybrid pattern (three days on site on projects and two days at home).

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying required.
• RICS accreditation preferred.
• Experience with NEC contracts and major infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Pre and post contract commercial support and contract administration.
• Preparation and management of cost estimates, budgets and financial reports.
• Monitoring, forecasting and reporting of project cost and programme performance.
• Administration of NEC contracts with commercial assurance and compliance.
• Management of contract changes with risk and value management.
• Keep clients, contractors and other stakeholders informed throughout delivery.
