Qualifications

• Proven experience working for a Main Contractor.
• Familiarity with relevant construction contracts.
• Knowledge of current construction regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work on various projects reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager.
• Provide commercial support across projects.
• Ensure effective administration for project objectives.

Skills

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Familiarity with JCT/NEC forms of contract

Knowledge of current Construction Law

Experience in commercial management

Experience in procurement of subcontractors

Good knowledge of monthly reporting
