A leading water utility company in Bradford is looking for Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their Capital Commercial Services Team. You will be accountable for a portfolio of schemes related to the delivery of their Capital Programme. The role offers a competitive salary between £45,427 - £73,000, an annual bonus opportunity, and great benefits. Hybrid working is included, with an office move to Leeds from Summer 2026. Qualifications

• Knowledge of NEC suite of contracts and contract management practices.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to support key decision outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and contract strategy.
• Provide cost assurance pre and post contract.
• Liaise with stakeholders and manage supply chains.

Skills

Knowledge of the administration associated with construction contracts

Ability to identify, quantify and control commercial risks

Strong interpersonal skills

Education

Professional qualification or working towards one related to the role
