Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, ideally NEC.

• Oversee change control, valuations, cost forecasting, and final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and performance monitoring.
