Job summary

MBS Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a £20m highways scheme in Sheffield. You will take ownership from mobilisation through final account, steering procurement, valuations and change control on NEC contracts.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive highways/public realm experience, with the confidence to work autonomously within a strong regional and national commercial team.

Qualifications

Experience leading commercial delivery on highways or civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the commercial management from mobilisation to final account on a £20m highways scheme.
Manage subcontract procurement, forecasting, valuations and NEC contract administration.
