ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m – £50m.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs to maximize project profit margins and ensure timely payments, while developing future client relationships. You will be involved from tender stage through to project completion, covering a diverse range of works.

REQUIREMENTS

• This role is best suited to an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor; however, candidates at the Intermediate level seeking career growth are also considered for the Senior position.
• Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering, utilities, or groundwork subcontractor.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 7+ years of experience within Quantity Surveying.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

Salary range of £70,000 to £90,000 per annum.
