Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer

This leading residential developer has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a 6–9-month freelance contract to start immediately.

This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is to work on a major new build residential development in Staines, Middlesex. The project consists of 400 homes of RC Frame apartments and townhouses just minutes from the mainline train station.

Your initial task will be to carry out procurement and generally support the current commercial team on the project.

For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience working on large residential developments and a minimum of 5 years in the Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
