Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a tier 1 contractor's Civils/Rail team. This role, based in West Ruislip, involves critical tasks in subcontractor management, forecasting, and supporting the delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, strong commercial experience, and knowledge of NEC3 contracts. This position offers a rate of up to £650 per day under umbrella, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 remote).

Location West Ruislip
Rate up to £650 per day (INSIDE IR35 - VIA UMBRELLA)

The Senior Quantity Surveyor role is critical to the successful delivery of West Ruislip assets, to ensure subcontractor management, forecasting and assisting the delivery team in West Ruislip

Work location, Harvil Road West Ruislip. 3 days in office, 2 at home.

Key Skills:
Essential
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Strong commercial experience with knowledge and appreciation of relevant sector.
- Knowledge and experience of NEC 3 contracts.

Desirable:
