Kenton Black is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) in Warrington with MRICS or working towards chartership. The role offers exposure to pre- and post-contract stages across diverse sectors, and a culture-focused SME environment in the North West.

Salary ranges from £65,000 to £75,000 with flexible working hours andadditional benefits. The successful candidate will lead client meetings, manage commercial aspects and support contracts within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Engage in client meetings and oversee project execution.
• Assess financials and advise on alternative solutions.
• Support senior staff in contracts and project conditions.
• Monitor cost factors across techniques, materials, project scale and quality.
