Turner & Townsend are recruiting for Professionals within our Natural Resources team to support our expanding New Energy & Natural Resources segment. We are seeking candidates to work on iconic commissions for a range of key clients, offering exciting career development opportunities.

These roles require strong analytical, planning and collaboration skills, with focus on performance, governance and commercial leadership across energy and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience.
• Cost / commercial management experience on Energy or Infrastructure projects.
• Experience of working on major programmes or project portfolios.
• Professional Chartership (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance and quality, delivering client‑focused outputs.
• Plan and execute work effectively, identifying value opportunities and escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients, building strong relationships and maintaining professionalism.
• Communicate clearly and constructively to support productive ways of working.
• Administer and manage contracts, including cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management and variances/cashflow control.
• Work with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering.
• Provide sound commercial leadership, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure timely final accounts.
• Capture lessons learned and support knowledge management and internal improvements.
