Hiya Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of major energy infrastructure projects across the UK, including power transmission and distribution, renewables, EV charging, and battery storage.

You will manage project budgets, forecasts, valuations, and final accounts; lead subcontractor procurement, and drive commercial discussions with clients and stakeholders to identify risks and support project teams.

Competenze

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong contract administration and commercial reporting skills.

• Managing the commercial performance of projects and frameworks, including budgets, forecasts, valuations, and financial reporting
• Administering contracts, variations, change control, claims, and final accounts
• Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and commercial performance
• Leading commercial discussions with clients and stakeholders, identifying risks, and supporting project teams with commercial guidance
