Job summary

Quantity Surveyor role in Bellshill within a growing multi-million-pound energy business. Office-based position providing commercial support across portfolio of projects, reporting to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have proven QS experience, NEC/FIDIC contract knowledge, and strong commercial skills including forecasting, cost reporting and valuations. Excellent progression opportunities and a stable long-term career move.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Civil or electrical engineering experience preferred.
• Experience within the energy, infrastructure, construction or engineering sectors.
• Strong experience working with NEC and/or FIDIC contracts.
• Excellent commercial and contract management skills.
• Experience with forecasting, cost reporting, valuations and variations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership and provide senior commercial guidance.

Responsibilities

• This is a predominantly office-based Quantity Surveyor position, providing commercial support across the business and its growing portfolio of projects.
• You’ll take responsibility for key commercial activities, working closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully from a commercial and contractual perspective.
