Job summary

Mitchell McDermott is seeking an experienced Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its London team. You will manage cost controls, procurement, and contractual matters on high-profile construction projects, with a strong emphasis on data centre scopes and client-facing leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience across sectors, a relevant third-level qualification, and a proactive management approach.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification.
• 3–5 years’ experience across a wide range of sectors.
• Construction Stage Data Centre experience (preferably with a consultancy).
• Experience in pro-actively managing projects.
• Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
• Experience pre- or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous.
• Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.
• Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.
• Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
