Job summary

Mitchell McDermott in London is seeking an experienced Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will work on prestigious construction projects and interact with clients on site from early in the engagement.

The role requires a third-level qualification, 3-5 years’ experience across diverse sectors, and data centre experience. Chartered status or progression toward it is preferred, with strong client-facing skills and team spirit.

• Construction Stage Data Centre Experience (preferably with a consultancy).
• Experience in pro-actively managing projects.
• Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
• Experience, pre or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous.
• Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.
• Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.
• Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
