  • Your role will be working with the Commercial Director, Contracts Director & Financial Director, focusing on managing costs and suggesting cost-saving methods across the group.
  • You will be required to complete cost analysis and risk reports based on market and business trends.
  • Due to the nature of the contracts, you will reconcile PAYE, subcontracting, & self-employed costs to the contract.
  • You should expect to complete cost reports & forecasts for each sector of the business & the group as a whole.
  • A BSc in Quantity Surveying is required as a minimum qualification.
  • You must have at least 5 years of experience within the civil engineering sector.
  • Good communication skills are essential to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and C-Suite executives.
  • The salary ranges up to £70,000.
  • Car/Truck allowance included.
  • Potential to advance to a Director level position.
