Job summary

Linear Recruitment, in partnership with a leading construction consultancy in Sheffield, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on complex buildings.

You will take responsibility for contract management, cost control and procurement from concept design through to completion, providing expert advice, cash flow forecasting and value engineering to ensure project success.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred).
• Cost Management expertise.

Role Overview

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a qualified industry professional with expert knowledge and a high level of experience in construction, contracts and costs. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of projects and cover the entire process, from concept design to completion. You will perform the role of Commercial Manager and take responsibility for the end-to-end service delivery of all types of projects including large or complex buildings.
