Salary: c£55k-£60k basic plus benefits package including car allowance.

Company & Project: Apple Technical Recruitment is working with an award-winning national consultancy operating across multiple sectors including Local Government, Pharmaceutical/Science, Healthcare, and Mixed-Use. The successful business, employing 20+ QS staff across the East region, seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team working on multiple projects in Norfolk. The project list is secured for the next 18+ months, with individual project values between c£1m-£3m.

There is a clear pathway for promotion to Associate level, with no ceiling for growth in this profitable and progressive company.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will handle cost management from concept to completion, including cost planning, variations, tender analysis, contract administration, and cost reporting.

- 5-10+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a chartered surveying practice or consultancy.

- Excellent client-facing skills and experience in pre and post contract surveying.

- Previous roles: Senior Cost Consultant, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Senior Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Cost Manager, Cost Consultant, QS, or MRICS Surveyor.

Qualifications & Skills: Degree or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, or a comparable qualification.
