A leading construction consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Macclesfield. This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days on-site and 1 day remote per week. Pay is up to £455 per day, outside IR35.

Qualifications

• 8 plus years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Pharma/manufacturing/industry sector experience is desirable.
• Experience of working for a construction consultancy or in a client-side role is desirable.

My client, a leading construction consultancy requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on site in their client offices in Macclesfield (4 days per week on site, 1 days per week remote).

This is a client facing role as you will be integrated with the client team, in their offices. You will need to be able to work autonomously and have experience of working on multiple projects at any one time, ranging in value from £10K to £50 million, these could be building refurbishments, new installations of temporary buildings, FM/Maintenance, upgrades etc.

• Senior Quantity Surveyor
• 8 plus years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Pharma/ manufacturing/ industry sector experience is desirable
• Experience of working for a construction consultancy or in a client side role is desirable

• Excellent communication skills
• Required to attend site a minimum of 4 days a week in Macclesfield.
