Are you a self starting, motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor from a Construction or Modular background looking to join an internationally-renowned unique manufacturer and service provider in a highly autonomous role, where you will have the authority and scope to take control of estimating, cost and planning based processes and technically diverse commercial construction/ modular projects?

Working closely with the wider Commercial and Pre-Construction teams encompassing business development, bid management, design management, sales lead and other stakeholders within the business to formulate the most economical and robust response to opportunities. Candidates with Construction or Modular Estimating and Process Leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
