Senior Quantity Surveyor – Associate Director level

We are currently looking to strengthen our growing Property & Construction team in London, you will have the opportunity to be involved with large, high-profile Residential projects across the South East, ranging from £1m-£100m+.

5. Have brought in new & experienced Directors to support the growth of what is one of CPC's key services.

Relevant skills and experience:

1. Experience working in a Senior QS (or higher) capacity within a Consultancy organisation (Essential)
2. Experience working within the Residential sector (beneficial)
3. Experience working on projects across the full project lifecycle
4. BSc in Quantity Surveying
5. Working towards, or wanting to progress with becoming Chartered, which CPC will support
6. Experience using JCT forms of contract
