Job summary

CPC Project Services in Leeds is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Property & Construction team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will contribute across multiple sectors and be involved from early feasibility to project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have senior QS experience in a consultancy, a BSc in Quantity Surveying, and be working towards Chartered status; CPC supports professional development, training, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor experience in a consultancy environment.
• Experience in Residential sector (beneficial).
• Experience across full project lifecycle.
• BSc in Quantity Surveying.
• Working toward Chartered status, CPC will support.
• Experience using JCT forms of contract.
• Claims experience (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Work within a Senior QS capacity on a range of projects.
• Support projects across Residential, Industrial, PBSA, Leisure and Retail sectors.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Relevant skills and experience:

• Experience working in a Senior QS capacity within a Consultancy organisation (Essential)
• Experience working within the Residential sector (Beneficial)
• Experience working on projects across the full project lifecycle
• BSc in Quantity Surveying
• Working towards, or wanting to progress with becoming Chartered, which CPC will support
• Experience using JCT forms of contract
• Claims experience (Beneficial)
