Our client is a civil engineering contractor that delivers a full spectrum of civil engineering services. They specialise in complex, mission-critical projects for data centres across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Established in 2005 and headquartered in Rostrevor, Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects of the commercial function of projects.
  2. Prepare and submit accurate and timely cost reports.
  3. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  4. Negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
  5. Provide guidance and support to project teams.
Qualifications:
