Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager - Required ASAP
Company: Well-Established Main Contractor
Location: Central London
Rate / Salary: £500-£600 per day (freelance) or £110,000-£130,000 per annum (plus package)
Engagement: Freelance / Temp-to-Perm / Permanent
A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their Central London office. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of major projects across the life sciences, commercial, education, and leisure sectors, with values ranging from £50 million to £200 million.
This is a key role requiring expertise in both pre-construction and full project lifecycle management, ideally on high-value, complex new build, refurbishment, and fit-out schemes.
