Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor that has worked for a Tier 1 or 2 Contractor on Civil Engineering projects?

Do you have experience Change Management experience?

Salary: £57,500 to £70,000
Package: London weighting (commuting costs paid for), private healthcare, 28 days annual leave, 5% pension
Location: London – 2 to 3 days in the office per week, remainder from home

This consultancy is trusted to take on senior commercial and change roles on some of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects, often playing a pivotal part in whether schemes succeed financially. Their work spans dispute resolution, compensation claims, and complex change management under NEC contracts. For anyone joining the team, it’s a rare opportunity to develop deep contractual expertise at pace, while working on high-value, high-impact projects.

Essential Requirements:

- 6 years minimum of QS experience within main contractor or subcontractor environments.

- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline.

- Demonstrable civil engineering project background (minor or major civils)

- Strong understanding of NEC contracts through direct project experience.

- Change management experience.

- Excellent written and spoken English (client-facing reporting is a core part of the role)

- A proactive and detail-focused mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

The selection process includes two interview stages; a face-to-face interview will be involved as a part of the process.
