Job summary

Bimplus in Worcestershire is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on civil engineering schemes across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire, with a role split between site and office.

You will manage valuations, cost value reports, sub-contract procurement, payments, forecasts with the site team, and ensure final accounts and cash collection while supervising junior staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong general civil engineering background with exposure to infrastructure and highways.
• Experience in producing valuations, cost value reports and final accounts.
• Proven ability to manage subcontract procurement, payments and cash flow forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial management on live civil schemes across the region.
• Produce valuations, cost/value reports and forecasts with site teams.
• Procurement of subcontracts, manage payments and final accounting.
• Support cash collection and oversee junior QS staff where applicable.
