RGB Recruitment is assisting a leading civil contractor in recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major infrastructure project in South Devon. The role focuses on commercial management, NEC contract administration and robust cost forecasting to maximise project performance.

Successful candidates will have proven senior QS experience in civil infrastructure, strong cost reporting and excellent stakeholder management. Immediate start available on a long-term contract.

Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor with civil engineering/infrastructure experience.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge.
• Experience on major infrastructure or highways projects.
• Excellent reporting and cost management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of a major civil engineering project.

• Cost value reconciliations (CVRs) & forecasting.
• Procurement & subcontract management.
• Compensation events & change control.
• Commercial reporting & final accounts.
• Working closely with operational and commercial teams to maximise project performance.
